Friday June 28th from 6pm to 9pm Republic Worldwide celebrated the opening  reception of  our new group exhibitionFOR WHICH IT STANDS.”  at The Lodge Gallery.
What is it about the contemporary American experience that captures the imagination of today’s foreign-born and first generation artists who are living and working in New York? How does the story of American immigration and cultural assimilation influence the work of artists who are born here in America? This summer Republic Worldwide picks up the flag in search of answers through the work of seventeen contemporary artists from around the globe.

From Iran to Korea, Venezuela, India, Mexico, The Republic of Georgia and all stops in between, featured artists include;
